Covenant Names of God
Compounded with YHWH (Jehovah)

And God said unto Moses, "I AM THAT I AM," and He said, "Thus shall you say unto the children of Israel, 'I AM has sent me unto you.'"    Exodus 3:14

And the Word became flesh, and dwelled among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son, Who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.    John 1:14

The intention of these banners is to express--in color, design and message--Who God is in light of the names by which He is called. As joint heirs with Israel (Ephesians 3:6), we reflect on the meaning of His covenants and promises so that we can praise and glorify Him in new and deeper ways, with greater understanding and appreciation of His nature.

Each of the banners is graced by His name in the form of YHWH, the Tetragramaton, often translated Yahweh or Jehovah, the name considered by some Jews as too holy to speak aloud.
